Scott L. Dildine
Scott has been in practice since 2004 and has spent more than a decade representing various national insurers in subrogation matters. His subrogation experience includes, and his recent practice focused on, property subrogation claims including fire, explosion, fire protection systems, water damage, and product liability claims.
Before he joined the firm, Scott was the Litigation Director and Staff Attorney for a national subrogation services company.
Scott graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and the Northeastern University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts state and federal courts as well as in Connecticut federal courts.
At UMass, Scott minored in Russian language, continuing Crowley & McCarthy’s tradition of having an attorney who can take notes in the Cyrillic alphabet.
