Our attorneys have served as impartial referees in hundreds of Reference proceedings, involving a range of disputes from several thousand dollars to multimillion dollars. They have served as appraisers of claims in other New England states and have been nominated and selected by insurers, attorneys, independent adjusters, and public adjusters.
